Nintendo Switch hardware and software products will be priced at $250 apiece starting in 2019, according to a report in The Wall Street Journal.
The price of the Switch controllers is slated to go up by $50 each in 2019 to $249.99, with the rest of the product line going up by an additional $50.
The controllers will be sold in a $249 bundle, with a limited supply of the Joy-Cons.
The Switch controller is a first for Nintendo, which launched its first handheld console in 2010 with the Nintendo Switch.
It has since been updated with more games, including Super Mario Odyssey and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. The console is also getting a second, cheaper console with a wireless controller, the Nintendo 3DS XL.
Nintendo also has its own portable video game console, the New Nintendo 3ds, as well as a Switch portable TV.
