A few weeks ago, Nintendo announced the Nintendo Switch, a handheld console that looks to compete with Apple’s iPad Mini, as well as the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
A few months later, the company announced the Switch will be available in March, and a slew of accessories are expected to debut in the coming months.
In this post, we take a look at what the Switch might look like, what its accessories might look similar to, and what Nintendo’s next-gen console might look and feel like.
The Switch looks pretty much the same as the previous Nintendo consoles, but with some interesting additions and changes.
The Switch’s screen and the display itself are two of the biggest changes from the original Nintendo Wii.
The new screen has a 4.7-inch, 1920×1080 resolution, compared to the original Wii’s 2.5-inch screen.
The screen is also made of a plastic-backed panel, a much thicker, more rigid material that looks more like a foam than a metal panel.
It’s also made to be thinner and lighter than the Wii’s plastic shell, making it lighter and thinner.
While there’s a lot of new technology in the Switch, there are a few interesting things to consider.
First and foremost, the Switch is powered by an AMD processor, which has been the standard for mobile devices since its release in 2014.
While AMD chipsets are already used in Nintendo’s Nintendo Switch handheld console, the new processor is designed specifically for the Switch.
This new processor makes the Switch a much faster device, and is capable of running games at 4K resolution and 60fps, which is unheard of for mobile gaming consoles.
Another big change from the Wii is the Switch’s touchscreen.
While the Wii had a touch screen, the only one of its kind on a console, it wasn’t really designed for games.
The Nintendo Switch’s touch screen is much more flexible, making the Switch feel like a larger-screened console, and it’s a big part of what makes the console unique.
The Switch also features an HDMI port, which was not available on the original GameCube console, as was the case on the Game Boy Advance.
With the Switch having HDMI ports, the console’s graphics are now up to five times sharper than the original game console’s, making for a much smoother gameplay experience.
There’s also a USB Type-C port on the Switch that allows users to connect their Switch to a PC via Thunderbolt, an interface that was also only available on GameCube.
USB Type C also allows for charging, which can take up to two hours on the Nintendo GameCube, compared with the Wii.
There are a bunch of different adapters that are available to plug the Nintendo Joy-Con controllers into the Switch for faster, more fluid movement, but the USB Type 3 port can also charge your Switch while plugged into your PC.
The Nintendo Switch is the only console that can actually charge its batteries while plugged in to your PC, and that’s great.

Nintendo Switch – What’s New and Useful?
In addition to the console and touch screen being a different design, Nintendo has also updated the Joy-Cons and their buttons, buttons, and other parts.
Each Joy-Commutator is now designed to allow the JoyCons to be flipped over, which makes it a much more versatile controller than it was on the Wii, and also helps players get used to using the Joy Cons in certain games.

What’s New on Nintendo Switch?
The Joy-Com and Joy-Co, which are the same design as the Wii DualShock 4 controller, are the new ones.
They’re made out of a material called N-Cable, which acts like a protective sleeve on a regular controller, and allows you to slide the JoyCo over your shoulder to control a Joy-con while holding down a button.
On the other hand, the JoyCom and the JoyC are designed to hold two Joy-cons together, which means you can press the two JoyCo’s together and control the Joycon while pulling them apart to control your other Joy-cord.
Nintendo also announced that the JoyCon is now able to hold more than one Joy-co for use as a stand alone controller.
The JoyCon can hold up to six Joy-Cords in its top slot, and can also hold up one JoyCo in its bottom slot.
All Joy-commutators will be compatible with Switch, so you’ll be able to use a variety of Joy-computers as stand alone controllers.
