It’s a little tricky.

If it still doesn’t work, try rebooting the TV. 10.
When the dimmers are off, go back to the main menu and tap “Control”.
Under the “Brightness” and “Bright/Night” options, you’ll see a “power down” option.
If this option isn’t on, then you have a power issue.
If “Power down” is on, the screen will dim when you switch it off.
On the main screen, tap Settings.
Tap General Settings.
Under “Turn on dimmer” and click “Turn On”.
You’ll see an option to turn off all the dimmming on your home screen, but the option won’t turn off if you have dimming enabled on the Smart TV itself.
The smart TV will then turn on and you can go back into the main Smart TV menu to turn it back off.
If all is fine, your TV should now turn on automatically.
You may also need to enable the “Playback” option in the Smart Home hub app.
To remove the dimmes, you simply tap the back button and the TV will turn itself off.
